I am a mother of 3 kids, a Registered Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I am dedicated to support and empower moms while they nourish their babies. I can assist with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or help find the right combination that works for you.

In my free time, I like to make the most out of the 4 seasons Minnesota has to offer by getting outdoors with my family. I also enjoy baking, running, or listening to a good audiobook.

Initial Lactation Visit

The Initial Lactation Visit is a popular choice among new mothers. During this session, I will take the time to listen to you tell me your birth story, breastfeeding experience so far, and any concerns you have. I will then assess your breastfeeding technique, milk supply concerns or any other breastfeeding-related questions. I will offer suggestions and we will come up with a plan together to help you and your baby.
Pregnancy Lactation Education

Preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy is crucial for a successful start. This one-on-one class offers comprehensive guidance to help you feel confident and prepared. We will cover topics such as breastfeeding positions, establishing a good milk supply, and common challenges you may encounter. Start your breastfeeding journey on the right foot! Book a meeting with me in your 2nd or 3rd trimester.
Follow-up Lactation Visit

For ongoing support and guidance, a Follow-up Lactation Visit is the perfect option. This will tell us if recommendations from the initial visit are providing the outcome we planned for. And while I'm with you, we can discuss any new feeding concerns that may have come up.
Phone Call with Lactation Consultant

As a lactation consultant, I understand the concerns that can arise when it comes to breastfeeding or infant feeding.
